Lending

Overcollateralized lending at institutional scale.

We provide overcollateralized loans in sizing up to and exceeding $100 million, with no income or credit checks. Rates can be fixed for up to one year, and are consistently lower than both TradFi and DeFi alternatives.

Private Equity Investment

PE Investment, take-privates, and capital formation.

We evaluate private equity and take-private financings across a range of industries, serving as capital formation partner, strategic advisor, and anchor investor. We generally prefer minority-stake positions unless a transaction falls squarely within our technical provenance.

Startups

We no longer direct invest in startups. We can still be of assistance.

We provide takeout capital, buy secondary positions from friendly or un-friendly co-founders & investors, help founders navigate workouts, advise and refer quality companies to our network of managers and funds.
